  • Return Period: Please submit return requests within 7 days from the delivery date. After this time frame, store credit may be considered at our discretion.

  • Refund Process: Refunds are issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping and handling costs. Refunds usually take 5-7 business days to appear in your account.

Refund Conditions:

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days from delivery.

  • Products must be returned in their original condition.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs. Veloria Mode does not provide prepaid shipping labels.

Additional Terms:

  • Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

  • Unauthorized returns or products that are partially or fully used may be rejected.

  • Veloria Mode will issue a refund once the returned product has been received.

  • Returns are processed within 2-3 days after receipt.

  • Direct drop-offs at our warehouse are not accepted.

  • For "Return-to-Sender" or refused packages: A refund will be issued (minus shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee), provided we are notified and tracking confirms the refusal.

  • Veloria Mode is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. No refund or compensation is offered in such cases.

Order Changes and Cancellations:

  • Due to fast processing, we cannot change or cancel orders once they have been placed. This includes changes to items, addresses, or shipping methods.

  • To attempt any changes or cancel an order, contact us immediately at support@Veloria-mode.store. Cancellation is not guaranteed.

  • If cancellation is not possible, our return policy applies.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

If you receive opened, defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we apologize for any inconvenience. Contact us at support@Veloria-mode.store with details and proof such as pictures or videos, and our customer support team will assist you promptly. Your satisfaction is our priority.
